The production timeline (typically 1–5 business days) begins only after BOTH conditions are met:
1. Full payment is received, and
2. The final design is approved.

If payment and design approval happen on different days, the clock starts only when both are complete.

- After payment and design approval, you may order a $1 proof print (5 inches or smaller).
- Proofs are ready in 1–2 business days.
- Once proofs are approved, final production (printing, embroidery, pressing, etc.) takes 1–3 business days depending on the order size and complexity.
- Total timeline: 1–5 business days.

⚠️ If you opt out of the $1 proof print, RBS Custom Tees cannot be held responsible for differences between what you see on your screen and the final product. Screens and printers use different color profiles, which may cause slight variations.

Repeat orders typically come out faster since they do not require proofing.
Production for repeat orders is usually 1–2 business days, depending on order size.

Same-day printing can be available, but it depends on product availability and the artwork being print-ready.

Please note:
- Prints are produced as submitted, with no edits or adjustments unless discussed in advance.
- Same-day jobs are best suited for:
• Repeat orders
• Small orders
• Print-ready designs
• (Or other simple projects that make sense for quick turnaround)

If your order requires edits, design changes, or unavailable products, it may not qualify for same-day production.

- Changes made by you (the customer): No additional fee.
- Changes that require design adjustments by RBS Custom Tees: A fee will apply, based on the amount of work required.

Due to the complexity of custom printing and embroidery, not all jobs can be rushed.
